- Return Policy
●Return period: You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
●Return conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all labels and included accessories are returned together.
●To request a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange request: If you wish to exchange the product (for example, for a different color or model), please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the product.
●Exchange conditions: Same as the return policy, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All labels and included accessories must be returned together.
●To request an exchange, please contact us via email, stating your order number and the information you wish to exchange. We will provide further assistance based on your needs. - Costs
●Return shipping costs: Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, the shipping costs incurred by the return are borne by the customer.
●Refund processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method. - Exceptions
